Parvathy, when inquired about her stance in the ongoing tussle between AMMA and WCC, maintained that the latter would never back off from the fight. The actress, who was attending the 20th Mumbai Film Festival, commented that what she wanted was, all about getting justice for the abused actress. She was also of the opinion that, ‘Me Too’ campaigns were successful in giving a good atmosphere for the whole industry.
Well, asked about her future in film industry, she maintained that she had lost quite a number of projects, owing to her open stance on certain issues. The film festival was also attended by Anjali Menon, who supported the viewport of Parvathy. The famed director opined that many areas still remain untapped in Malayalam film industry, in terms of ensuring equality.
