Xiaomi has launched the much talked Mi 8, which comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 845. Launched as a mark of celebrating the 8th anniversary of the company, the Mi 8 comes as a successor to the Mi 6, which hit markets last year. The 6.21 inched full Screen Display of the device appears with an aspect ratio f 18:7:9. Sporting a dual camera unit on the rear side – 12MP+12MP, Mi 8 packs a 20MP sensor on the front side. The camera units come with AI features, while the device packs the world’s first dual frequency GPS. Into the OS, the device comes preinstalled with Android 8.1 Oreo, it is skinned with the latest MIUI 19.
Xiaomi Mi 8 has got all the major connectivity options and the device is available in three storage variants – 64GB, 128GB and 256GB. Respectively priced at $421, $468 and $515, the device features a 6GB RAM inside the dock. There would be a 3,400mAh battery meeting the power needs of the device.
