It was in recent times, which Xiaomi rolled out the Android 8.0 Oreo update for Mi A1 handsets. However, the user community has reported that the update contained many flaws that, Xiaomi was forced to halt the update process. The halt, which is of temporary in nature, will be followed by rolling out a better update suit in the next couple of weeks.
Post the Android Oreo update, Mi A1 users are experiencing issues related to an unresponsive camera and dialer app, low battery performance etc. The unexpected app crash added the woes of users. When contacted, Xiaomi officials made it clear that the issues took place mainly with smartphones having MyJio app.
