Actress Shamna Kasim reacted to Sharon’s murder in Parassala. The actor responded that Sharon’s death was a premeditated murder and maximum punishment should be given to the accused in the case. Shamna expressed her point through her Facebook post.
Shamna wrote, “Sharon would have trusted her (accused), who pretended to be in love, so much while stepping into the mouth of death. Cannot forgive premeditated murder and maximum punishment should be given.”

At the same time, actor Chandunath also came forward to respond to the incident. He said that the society should be able to find out the root causes of such disorders occurring among the youth and nip them in the bud.
According to the doctors, Sharon had allegedly consumed acid-like liquid leading to the decaying of the internal organs. The youth had told his relatives that he consumed some kashayam and juice from his lover’s house.
