Kochi : Out of 42 passengers who arrived from Italy via Doha by Qatar Airways on Wednesday morning, 9 have been referred to the Government Medical College, Ernakulam, while the remaining 33 people have been detained in isolation ward at the Aluva district hospital.
The 33 people in Aluva have no symptoms so far .They will be asked to leave to their homes once the reports from the Virology laboratory in Alappuzha arrive. Still they will be under quarantine till the specified time period.
