Dhanush’s parents live in an apartment in Rajamannar Street, Thyagaraja Nagar, Chennai. A space above is provided for common use by all the residents here. But they say in the complaint that Sarath Kumar is in possession of it. The complaint states that not only is it in possession but it is being bought and used for purposes.
Vijayalakshmi had already lodged a complaint with the Chennai Corporation pointing out these matters. Not only Vijayalakshmi but also some other people in the apartment had complained like this. But the corporation did not take any action in this regard. After this they decided to approach the High Court.
The court heard the case on Wednesday. Sarath Kumar and Chennai Corporation have now been requested to inform their part. Meanwhile, it is widely discussed in the film world as a legal battle between two big stars. But others say it shouldn’t be read as such and can only be seen as a problem between a few inmates of an apartment.
