Jerry Harrison Kurisingal, who had a telephone conversation with Jayasurya years ago, has managed to become a hit in social media spaces. It was during the release of ‘Gulumal’, that the man had some interesting conversation with Jayasurya.
He appreciated Jayasurya for the actor’s performance in ‘Gulumal’, and addressed himself as having the same name as the character that the actor essayed in the movie. Well, Jayasurya laughed and replied that it was really a good name, but advised the man to not be like the character in the movie, since it had the shades of grey. The conversation, which lasted for 15-20 minutes, made him to admire Jayasurya. When asked about his future plans in terms roles, Jayasurya’s reply suggested that he wanted to enact roles, which would offers him the scope for makeovers. He also said that he would be willing to act in any role that offered him the scope for acting – be it hero, sidekick or even villain characters. That said, 10 years down the lane, the person has taken social media spaces to state that Jayasurya had maintained 99% of honesty with his words. Jayasurya’s films are honest with the above point. Whether the film is a success or a failure, there is no doubt that Jayasurya has made a difference to the character in his own way. He also wanted Jayasurya to keep going strong.
