The Hema Committee report came out a few days ago. The report is facing a lot of criticism. A large number of people are asking why everyone’s names have been omitted. Avoiding the name of the victims is understandable but people ask why the names of the predators are avoided. But there has been no official response on this matter from the mother organization.

Now Kuku Parameswaran is making a reference on this issue. They say that the Hema Committee report recorded the statement of those suggested by the WCC organization. They also say that this report was released without hearing the arguments of the accused. Kukoo Parameswaran told the media that the complainants should reveal their names. She, who is now a former member of the executive committee, says that Amma has an internal grievance redressal cell and it has been functioning independently.

She was ready to speak openly before the Hema Committee and the outside world knew that there was no need to remain behind the scenes. Kuku also says that we should be open about who we are now. At the same time, the accused person was not given a chance to speak and the Hema Committee did not hear it, it is in the Constitution of India, there are not 62 people in the film, there are about 200 women in the Amma organization and not even one of them was called, the Hema Committee recorded only the statements of the people recommended by the WCC for 14 years. They also say that he is the person who sat on the committee.

The actor adds that there has not been a single complaint in this 14-year period and that what is said elsewhere cannot be considered as a complaint. Amma’s Internal Grievance Redressal Committee has received only one complaint so far and it has been taken up with great confidence. The actor is still saying that what happened till yesterday is in the report and what will be decided tomorrow. They are saying that justice should be ensured for those who don’t get it and tomorrow we need to look without such things, the film industry is also a place of employment and the new generation is coming there and we should move forward by solving all the problems for a better tomorrow.
