The Indira Gandhi Center for Atomic Research (IGCAR), Kalpakkam, Tamil Nadu will conduct a Summer Training in Physics and Chemistry (STIPAC). To be held from May 28 to that of July 6th, this Summer, the STIPAC aims at motivating students in pursuing a career in research. IGCAR has invited applications from research enthusiasts for appearing the Summer Training. They have also announced this year’s theme: Applications of Electromagnetic Radiation in Physics and Chemistry.
Final year MSc (Physics/Chemistry) students, undergoing studies in regular mode, can apply for STIPAC. Applications are to be submitted online, on or before 26th May. A total of twenty five students would be selected. Those, who were selected, would receive a monthly stipend of INR 4,000. For more details, visit www.igcar.gov.in.
