Actress Parvathy is one of the most loved stars of Malayalees. A few days ago, the report of the Hema Committee appointed by the government came out. It announced the problems faced by women in the film industry and solutions to overcome them. The government appointed this committee following the request of actresses including actress Parvathy. Now Parvathy’s first reaction on this issue is out. They gave their response to Asianet News.

Along with this, Parvathy says that she has done many hit films and yet she has been denied many opportunities. Parvathy clarifies that if she mentions the names of those who misbehaved, she will be isolated and will be excluded from the film.

Many members of the WCC have been denied opportunities. In the press conference and also those who have made accusations on Metoo have lost their opportunities. Parvathy added, “I’ve seen a lot of posts from women on Instagram directly asking if you’re a WCC too. Parvati adds that it is enough to see and talk and a child said. Later, Parvathy adds that there has been a change in the behavior towards them and if becoming a member of the organization is scary, then only those who need to be afraid should not be afraid.

Parvathy is now asking why she didn’t get a chance in many Malayalam films. If the film is a hit, there will be many opportunities in five years. But Parvathy says that I have not got such big opportunities from Malayalam cinema and projects do not come like this normally, so not getting an opportunity in Malayalam cinema later makes me suspicious. But Parvathy says that it doesn’t matter, so I won’t be a member of WCC, and as an actress, I am sure that she will survive everything anyway.
