Thiruvananthapuram: Appointments in hospitals in the state can be made through the e-Health web portal (https://ehealth.kerala.gov.in) developed by the Department of Health to provide e-governance services. This facility will be available in the hospitals where the scheme has been implemented.
How to register for ehealth Kerala online appoinement booking
1. Visit the website https://ehealth.kerala.gov.in and click on register link
2. Enter your Aadhaar number. and yout will get the OTP on the Aadhaar registered number.
3. Enter the OTP and the system will give you a personal health identification number.
4. You will receive the 16-digit personal health identification number and password as a message on your mobile.
5. Appointments to hospitals can be made using this identification number and password
How Book an Appointment:
- Log in to the e health portal with your unique health ID and password.
- Click New Appointment. If it is a referral, record that information and then select the hospital and department.
- Available tokens for the selected day will be displayed when the appointment date is selected.
- You can pick up the token at a convenient time.
- You will get the apointment details in your phone as SMS as well.
- Show the SMS booking details at the hospital.
