“Superstar is what some people declare themselves to be. And never the title given to them by the audience. Now things are like this in any industry. They do all this by paying people for PR work. I have often felt like that” – says the actor.
“In many films in which I have played the female lead, many actresses have played the second heroine. But not even once have I seen them in the poster of the film, they should not come to the promotional events of the film, they should not be included in the film, and I have not asked anything to keep them out of the song shoot. The reason for this is that I am insecure about my position in the film. I have also acted as second heroine in many films. There have been many breaks in my film career” – says Mamta Mohandas.
“I played the second lead role in that film when a big Malayalam heroine made her comeback. But when I approached them for a cameo role when I appeared in a film as a heroine, they said no” – this was what the actor said.
