Kannur Squad is a new film starring megastar Mammootty. Directed by debutant Robbie Varghese Raj, the film entered the 100 crore club yesterday.
Despite the release of Vijay’s film Leo, Kannur Squad’s box office success could not be reduced. There were reports that Kannur Squad might be withdrawn from the theater as there were many releases this Friday.

Mammootty released the theater list for the sixth week. The show continues in more than 90 theaters. The film has the best screen count in GCC as well.

Meanwhile, Kannur Squad was released on September 28. Directed by Robbie, the film had a huge cast including Ronnie, Aziz Nedumangad, Shabarish Verma, Vijaya Raghavan.
Along with Malayalam stars, North Indian stars also played in the Kannur squad. Meanwhile, it is reported that the OTT rights of the film are owned by Disney Plus Hot Star.
