Xiaomi had already started rolling out the MIUI 9 update back in November, 2017. The update, which is being made available in batches, however has finally hit the Redmi Note 3 and Redmi 1S handsets. Now, reports coming from Xiaomi inform that the company might roll out MIUI 9.2 update. The latest update is been rumoured to be launched in two handsets – Redmi 3S and Redmi 3S Prime. Both these devises currently runs on MUIU 8 stable ROM.
Bringing a whole lot of interactive and Fresh UI changes in lockscreen, status bar and notification bar, MIUI 9.2 however has got some pitfalls ahead of it. The update has the Android security patch for April 2017. It also makes vulnerable to KRACK WPA2 as well.
