Kamal Haasan’s much awaited Vikram’s trailer and audio launch will be held on May 15. The makers announced the news on Monday.

The film, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, has Anirudh Ravichander scoring the music. It is produced by Raaj Kamal Films International.
According to reports, the moviemakers had spent over Rs. 10 crore on the technology used in Hollywood films to make the actor look younger. Reportedly, Kannada actress Shanvi Srivastava is said to play the leading lady in the film alongside Kamal in his flashback story.
The film features an ensemble cast with Kamal Haasan, Fahadh Faasil and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead roles along with Kalidas Jayaram, Narain, Antony Varghese and Arjun Das in supporting roles. ‘Vikram’ will head to theatres on June 3.
In a first of its kind, the makers have planned to launch the ‘Vikram’ NFTs at Cannes Film Festival among the global film fraternity.
In late-February 2022, it was announced that the satellite and digital distribution rights were acquired by Star India Network for ₹112 crore (US$15 million).
