Of the 485 new Covid cases in the country, 60% were Nizamuddin Tablighi conference: The number of people infected with Covid-19 is increasing in the country as part of the Nizamuddin Tablighi conference. Of the 295 who attended the conference, the Covid test was positive. Of the 485 cases reported as of 12 noon on Thursday, more than 60 per cent of them had contracted the Nizamuddin conference. With the increase in the number of patients in Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra and Delhi, the total number of cases in India crossed the 2,000 mark. The Ministry of Health has so far reported 2,069 cases of Covid-19 and 54 deaths in the country.

Delhi is leading with 141 cases which were confirmed on Thursday in connection with the Tablighi conference. 129 people infected with the virus in Delhi Following the TABLEG conference, there were 143 people affected by Kovid in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka. Of the 75 cases in Tamil Nadu, 74 were attended by Tablig convention and were in contact with them. In Telangana, 26 out of 27 cases were linked to the Tablighi conference. In Karnataka, 11 of the 14 cases were as follows. In Andhra Pradesh, a total of 32 persons were infected with the disease.

The state of Madhya Pradesh is similar to other states. Patients reported in Assam, Manipur and Arunachal Pradesh till Thursday were all involved with the event in Nizamuddin. Of the 13 positive cases in Rajasthan, three patients were associated with the Tablig conference. Eight cases were detected in UP, two in Maharashtra and one in Maharashtra till Thursday. The number of Covid sufferers in Delhi, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana has increased sharply following the positive cases associated with the Tablighi conference. The number of patients in Andhra Pradesh has tripled in the last two days. Of the 758 who returned from Delhi, 91 were diagnosed with Covid, Andhra Pradesh Nodal Officer He was not.

Covid has affected 16 per cent of the program in Andhra Pradesh. Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sharma said that 503 people have gone to Assam from Assam. Of these, 488 have been identified. A total of 361 samples were collected. The minister also said that efforts are on to find 15 more people who have participated in the event. Covid has so far confirmed 50 health workers who are not part of Covid’s prevention efforts. Medical associations called for increased security for health workers.
